Throughout the month of November, in recognition of IEW, BC Dining Services will be offering an array of global flavors from around the world in the Brookline, Lower, Lyons, McElroy, and Stuart Dining Halls.
11/5 (Lower) and 11/19 (Stuart): Middle Eastern Inspired Pop-up (Halal)
Shwarma Bowls - choice of chicken, beef, mushroom served over turmeric rice with lemon yogurt sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, lime, and grilled pita. Plus, halloumi fries.
11/5 (McElroy): Caribbean-Jamaican Inspired Pop-up
Jerk chicken or tofu with mango chutney and choice of sides. Plus, Jamaican beef patty and sweet fried plantains.
11/6 (Lower): Armenian Station takeover
Lahmajoun - flatbread topped with minced meat, minced veggies, tomatoes, herbs, and spices
11/12 (Stuart), 11/13 (Lower), and 11/14 (McElroy): Native American Heritage Culinary Showcase
11/18 (Brookline): Haitian Dinner
