The McMullen Museum offers free docent tours of Landscape of Memory every Sunday from 2:00 to 2:30 pm followed by an opportunity to meet people from around the world through the McMullen Portal. Transcending borders, Portals are interconnected audiovisual environments that allow visitors to converse with those in a distant Portal, as if in the same room. McMullen Portal sessions will connect with Medellín Columbia; Santos, Brazil;  Lagos, Nigeria; Kigali, Rwanda; Mexico City, Mexico; and Erbil, Iraq.

Meet in the Museum Atrium. No prior registration is required. If you would like to schedule a separate, private tour, please contact the Museum at least two weeks in advance.

May Sunday Portal connections will include:

  • May 7, 2:30–3:30 pm: Clothing Design in Johannesburg, South Africa
  • May 14, 2:30–3:30: Celebrating Mother's Day: Gender Equity + Women's Empowerment in Kigali, Rwanda
