Join Peter Hunt, the Career Center's career coach for Education, Nonprofits and Social Impact, for an overview of the job search process for aspiring teachers. You'll learn about: 

• Where can you work with or without a teacher's license, and what the advantages are for each type of school.
• Hiring timelines (independent schools have a MUCH earlier timeline).
• How to cultivate personal contacts and become more visible in the job search.
• How to write resumes and cover letters that hit all the right notes.
• Where to look for job listings.
• How to stand out in interviews and when teaching a demo class.

Attire is casual.
