Please join us for an event on Environmental Wholeness to celebrate Patrick Byrne's new book, Toward Environmental Wholeness: Method in Environmental Ethics and Science next Thursday, November 14th, at 4:00pm in Devlin 101. The event will begin with a talk by Brian Treanor (Loyola Marymount University) on The Social Contract, the Natural Contract, and the Law of Love; Patrick Byrne will give remarks on the book; and we will conclude with a panel including Tara Pisani Gareau (BC Earth and Environmental Sciences), Holly Vandewall (BC Philosophy), and J. Patout Burns (Notre Dame). Books will be available for sale after the event.
