Arissa Oh on “The Power of Primary Sources” 

The Engaging Difference & Justice Lecture Series provides an opportunity for faculty and graduate student instructors to learn about how other BC faculty engage students in conversations about difference, justice, and critical social questions. Join us at this event to hear how  Arissa Oh (History) approaches this work in her own courses. In addition to learning Oh’s approach, participants will have a chance to ask questions and converse with colleagues.

Open to all BC instructors, this program has a special focus on teaching courses that fulfill the renewed Cultural Diversity Core Requirement through either the Engaging Difference & Justice or the Difference, Justice, and the Common Good pathway. Speakers in the series have also taught Complex Problem and Enduring Question courses.
