Whether gearing up to give difficult feedback or getting ready to receive a performance review, here you’ll discover tools that allow you to respond wisely instead of react unskillfully. This includes best practices for communicating your boundaries on work-related and non-work-related topics, and tips for engaging with those you’re having difficulties with. We can self-regulate no matter what’s happening. It all begins with us. 

Utilizing proven strategies, we can build relationships while managing stress and burnout and help others to do the same. This 90-minute session of best practices is designed to have you fluent in the essential skills for creating fulfilling, connecting and healthy communications which are key to successful outcomes.
