DESCRIPTION:Join the Council for Students with Disabilities (CSD) and the C
 TE for a panel discussion on the diversity of disabled students’ experience
 s in Boston College classrooms. Those who attend will leave with a richer u
 nderstanding of the variety of experiences students with disabilities have 
 in their courses and ideas for a few changes they could make to their teach
 ing to make their courses even more accessible.\n\nThe conversation will fo
 cus on general classroom practices (e.g. welcoming conversation about regis
 tered accommodations\, drafting classroom policies with the assumption that
  students with disabilities will enroll\, etc.)\, not on managing the accom
 modations of particular students. To find support on meeting the needs of a
 n individual student’s accommodations\, please contact the support office w
 ith which the student is registered (Connors Family Learning Center for lea
 rning disabilities and/or ADHD and Disability Services for all other disabi
 lities).\n\n \n\nThe Center for Teaching Excellence is committed to providi
