On March 25, 2026, in honor of the worldwide day dedicated to Dante Alighieri, the Department of Romance Literatures at Boston College is organizing a celebration of the great poet’s legacy, open to students, professors, and the broader Boston public. The event will feature a public commentary in English of themes of the Divine Comedy that are still relevant in modern times by faculty from Boston College and illustrious guest speakers.
