The Office for Institutional Diversity (OID) invites all faculty and staff to join the upcoming six cultural competence engagement modules (CCEM).

These in-person modules help participants acquire the knowledge, language, behavioral, and cultural skills necessary to navigate within a diverse and inclusive community. The Microaggressions & Microinterventions module explores target and non-target group dynamics of people that experience the different types and levels of oppression, and introduces the concept of intersectionality. In response to microaggressions and other social harms, this module reviews what can be done to promote allyship.
