OEI has planned an engaging 2-day unit PD for Forces at a Distance, Matter Cycling and Photosynthesis, or Chemical Reactions and Energy.

August 9-10, 2022  The Springfield Renaissance School, located at 1170 Carew St, Springfield, MA 01104 (lodging is at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place, Springfield, MA). Please note this is a two-day event! 

• August 9th  8 am - 4 pm, with reception and dinner following
• August 10th 8 am-4 pm, both breakfast and lunch served. 

The cost of the event is $600 plus the cost of overnight lodging, if requested. OEI Cohort schools will be invoiced at a discounted rate (Cohort 1 at $250, Cohort 2 at $500). In the event of cancellation within two weeks of the event date, districts will be responsible for the registration fee plus lodging, if requested. If overnight lodging is requested, consider the following.  All rooms are single occupancy. Please indicate on the registration form if any special accommodations are needed.

Please note that COVID protocols may include testing upon arrival, proof of vaccinations, and masks depending on the COVID data at the time of the event.
