Join If/When/How: Law Students for Reproductive Justice, the Native American Law Student Association and the Faculty DEI Committee for a panel discussion on Brackeen v. Haaland, a case currently under consideration at the Supreme Court with significant implications for tribal sovereignty, child welfare and Native American law.  The panel will include three speakers with expertise on the intersections of Native American law, Constitutional Law and child welfare: Professor Neoshia Roemer (University of Idaho School of Law), Professor Stacey Lara (University of Washington School of Law) and Professor Wenona Singel (Michigan State University School of Law).  Lunch will be served.
