This short symposium is intended to bring together different disciplines and expertise across campus broadly in the field of food and nutrition. The symposium will include a short presentation from each lab, along with a poster session from lab members (at any career stage). Refreshments will be served. 

The goal is to be inclusive, provide the space for exchange of ideas, and facilitate collaborations. All aspects of food and nutrition are welcome and encouraged to participate. Please use this form to share your interest (even if you are not able to attend). This information will help us coordinate the symposium and future steps.
