Casey Beaumier, S.J., Director, Institute of Advanced Jesuit Studies and Vice President & University Secretary shares the story of the origins of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) and speaks to the primary characteristics of the Jesuit order including being attentive to those moments which bring us joy as a way to live the “good life.” He also explains additional concepts of the Ignatian charism including the Spiritual Exercises and Discernment and Indifference.
