David Corbie, BC '15 (Sociology), Climate Justice Manager, Harris County Office of County Administration, will discuss his current work and his career trajectory, including his work as a Community Organizer with The Union of Minority Neighborhoods and as the Greenovate Boston Outreach Manager for the City of Boston.

• Harris County, TX, is the 3rd most populous county in the U.S. and in his current role, David oversees climate justice planning, which will create Harris County’s first climate justice plan.
• David is passionate about community development and uplifting the voices of the marginalized. He hopes that his life's work will help dismantle the structural, anti-blackness racism that plagues the United States and societies across the world.
