The opening will include:

Music DJ’ed by Electronic State of Mind

Live acapella performances by The Common Tones, The Sharps, and The BEATS

Chinese New Year’s fortunes

A variety of Chinese canapés and desserts

A chance to make your own signature stamps, paper lanterns, and New Year’s paper cuttings to hang in your dorm

Classic Chinese games:

Go: an ancient board game whereby you conquer your opponent’s pieces

Mahjong

A Scavenger Hunt in the galleries to test your ability at finding clues in the exhibition

Chinese movies for those who want a little down time

And of course, a chance to see the McMullen’s new spring exhibition, Cao Jun: Hymns to Nature, which explores Chinese painting traditions in a series of bright, contemporary, monumental works...
Join us! Walk over from the Mods, the new dorms, or park in the adjacent lots. Get dressed up or keep it casual. If you’re taking the Comm. Ave. shuttle get off at the Greycliff Hall stop.
