ARGUS is software used extensively in the real estate sector. This two day workshop will be taught by an expert from ARGUS and will train students on ARGUS Enterprise. Students will learn how to use the software and will receive a 30 day license for their computers to practice after the workshop. This is a two day workshop taking place November 3rd and 4th. Registration is first come, first served.

You Must Review Computer Policy Before Registering. If you have a Mac it must be brought to IT in O'Neill Library by Friday Oct 26 for Boot Camp Installation, which is required to participate in the workshop.

Knowledge of ARGUS software is critical for gaining employment in the real estate sector - many firms require experience with it and will test applicant's knowledge. 

This workshop is offered by the Corcoran Center and the Undergraduate Real Estate Club. Normally training costs over $1000, this training  for BC students costs $150. If you have concerns about the cost please contact the Corcoran Center.  This workshop is refundable and non-transferable. 

All students must register at the link below to participate. Registration is capped and will close when full. All students must bring a laptop running Microsoft Windows to the workshop, as well as a power cord.

BC IT in O'Neill library can assist you in installing Boot Camp, which will allow you to run Windows for the workshop. You must visit them well in advance of the workshop to schedule your boot camp installation - please visit them as soon as possible after registering. Do not wait until the immediately preceding weeks to visit BC IT as they may not be able to assist you in time for the workshop.

Workshop participants will be contacted via email in advance of the workshop with a link to download ARGUS software onto their Windows PC.
