Amy Cuddy presents: Presence in Business
The GMA is very excited to host Amy Cuddy, social psychologist, award-winning Harvard lecturer, & bestselling author, on Thursday, November 19th at 6PM EST, to talk about presence in business! Amy’s 2012 TED Talk, “Your Body Language May Shape Who You Are,” named by The Guardian as ‘One of 20 Online Talks that Could Change Your Life’, has been viewed more than 57 million times and is the third-most-viewed TED talk. She has been a guest on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Today Show, Good Morning America, CBS This Morning, CBS Sunday Morning, BBC World News, Morning Joe, 60 Minutes with Charlie Rose, CNN with Anderson Cooper, among others. Cuddy has written for the New York Times, New York Magazine, Harvard Business Review, and CNN.
Many of our graduates will go on to become mid & eventually senior level business leaders. As future leaders, it’s imperative to understand the role that presence & body language will play in your professional lives - regardless of industry. Amy will talk about those relationships and how you can best equip yourself to succeed.
