Sherry Turkle and others have warned about the ways that technology can lead to social isolation. Many educational technologies, however, can be used effectively to build community and enhance student learning. In this interactive session, we'll explore ways to use technology that support students' engagement with course materials and with each other. Nirmal Trivedi will facilitate this session. Enrollment is limited; please register as soon as possible, but no later than July 1st.
