 ching and staff who use them to present programs or initiatives. Participa
 nts will learn best practices for designing accessible and inclusive prese
 ntations in PowerPoint and Google Slides\, including effective use of head
 ings\, color contrast\, readable fonts\, and visual descriptions. The sess
 ion will also introduce accessibility tools and features that help ensure 
 all audiences—whether in person or online—can fully engage with the co
