Access & Opportunity: Part 1- Reasonable Accommodation
About this Event
This workshop will highlight the ADA and other applicable laws that promote workplace inclusion, access, and opportunity, supporting individuals who may need reasonable accommodations. Participants will refresh their understanding of related policies and processes, review key responsibilities and inclusive practices, and explore examples illustrating how supervisors and managers can effectively navigate the accommodation process, support their supervisees, and foster an inclusive work environment. The session will also address common concerns experienced by individuals who may need to request reasonable accommodations.
