Join the Center for Human Rights and International Justice for this lunch presentation from Guatemalan activist Clauida Samayoa. Efraín Ríos Montt and his head of security in Guatemala are facing charges of genocide in an ongoing trial for their roles in perpetrating massacres during the civil war of the 1980s. As many as 200,000 people died in this conflict, which lasted from 1960 to 1996.
