Marketing is the management process responsible for identifying, anticipating, and satisfying the needs and wants of current and prospective families. General marketing includes communications that build awareness of the marketing pillars and stakeholders of your school. Targeted marketing includes communications developed for a specific audience persona that illustrate alignment between the school’s benefits and the audience persona’s values. This webinar examines how all marketing communications should motivate prospective families to act by visiting the school and/or school website, making an inquiry, or attending a school recruitment event.
