Taming Unhealthy Relationships
Presenter: Susan Oldrid
For most, a typical workday requires interaction with a difficult peer, boss or direct report. These relationships “hook” us through destructive patterns of behavior involving disrespect of boundaries, excessive criticism, undermining, an argumentative stance, or downright nastiness. The resulting anger, frustration and overwhelm diminishes our productivity and can negatively impact our health and well-being.
Building on the core principles of emotional intelligence and research on the impact of unhealthy workplace relationships, this workshop will help participants “unhook” to create more satisfying work experiences and outcomes.
