Resilience Advantage: Practical Intuition

Program description:
Resilience is the capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity. You can think of your resilience as the amount of energy you have stored in an inner battery— the energy you have available to use not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. When you have a high level of resilience or a fully charged inner battery, you have a greater capacity to remain calm, think clearly, and be in control of your emotions so you don’t overact. You can more easily “roll with the punches” and flow through life’s challenges rather than become stressed out, which further drains your energy reserves.
Based on peer-reviewed and widely published research from the Heart-Math Institute, this three-part series will explore applications of the science of resilience to stop energy drains, to build resilience, to access intuition, and to balance care with over-care in order to avoid burnout.
These skills are simple, clear, and immediately applicable. Participants can benefit by attending any one, two, or all three of the sessions.
