Expanded Paid Parental Leave - A New Report in The New Dad Research Series
The Boston College Work & Family Association invites members and guests to the Fall 2019 BCWFA Meeting.
Join us on the BC campus to hear the highlights of newly released research from the Boston College Center for Work & Family. Brad Harrington, BCCWF Executive Director and author of the 10-year New Dad Research Series, and Senior Research Associate Tina Lawler McHugh will share the highlights of the new report. This study explored the impacts of expanded parental leave programs at four large corporations on employees and their work and home lives. We hope the results of the study will have broad implications for organizations, employees, and families as they juggle work and life in today's increasingly complex world.
