Corcoran Case Competiton Info Session
The Corcoran Case Competition is an annual business case competition that affords Boston College undergraduates an opportunity to compete, develop their knowledge, and learn from experts in the fields of Real Estate and Urban Action through the analysis of a real world real affordable housing real estate development case. The winning team is awarded a $5000 cash prize.
The competition features two workshops that immerse teams in the workings of the real estate and affordable housing industry, led by experts currently working in the industry.
After analyzing the case, teams submit their proposed development, which is judged by a group of experts. Three finalist teams are selected who publicly present their proposed solutions to the case.
The competition is offered by the Carroll School's Corcoran Center for Real Estate and Urban Action but is open to undergraduates from across the University in teams of 3-5.
